If your Cruise Nation holiday includes Iberia Airlines scheduled flight, we will issue your e-tickets approximately 14 days prior to travel, these tickets will need to be printed by you and presented at the airport to the Emirates check in desk where you will then be provided with your boarding passes. Online check-in is available between 24 hours and 90 minutes before your flight's departure time. Please ensure the airline locator is presented at check-in for your flight. Full flight details are provided on your confirmation invoice that has already been provided.


Advance Passenger Information (also known as API or APIS) means your Passport/Identity Card details and in some instances, your contact information, are provided to the authorities before you travel.

Iberia Airways may only provide each country's Customs & Immigration authorities with the relevant API or booking data required by law. This is governed by Data Protection laws applicable in the UK and the requesting country.

It is important that you provide API for each passenger travelling with you. Any inaccurate or incomplete data provided could delay your journey, either at check-in or with the immigration authorities. Cruise Nation nor Iberia Airways cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete data provided.


Please go to the website www.iberia.com.com. Click on “Bookings” in the red icons on the left hand side of the page, enter your last name and Iberia booking code (which can be found on your confirmation letter) and click on “View reservation”. Click in the small box to confirm that you have permission from all passengers on the booking to access this booking and then click on "Continue". Click on “Passenger information” then click on “Complete passenger information in advance”. From here you will complete the API data for each passenger and then click on “Accept” at the bottom of the page to submit the API.


Ideally you should have provided your API by no later than 21 days prior to travel. Iberia will accept data from the moment that your booking has been made through us.
